We are proudly cruelty free. We do not test our products on animals nor do we submit animals for testing ingredients within our products. Our manufacturers also do not test on animals on our behalf. We will continue to maintain this ethos as part of our brand as we continue to grow.

My product is damaged

If your package arrives and your item(s) is damaged we apologise for this. Unfortunately, items do get broken in transit. If your item(s) appears to be damaged upon delivery we are able to offer you an exhange or a refund (if criteria and conditions are met - for further information please see our shipping and returns policy). We ask that you email a member of the team at within 7 days of receiving your delivery. If you would prefer a refund we will process your refund through your origional method of payment and we will process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank to return the funds to your account. We do not offer gift receipts. Please refer to our returns policy for futher information.

Does Naomi Sadé London ship Worldwide?

Yes we do. However, due to sanctions we do not ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Burundi, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Venezuela, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.
